Casey Frank
Casey Frank is a Phoenix-based personal injury attorney who represents individuals and families harmed by negligence in cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries. Ms. Frank brings over a decade of experience and handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including car accidents, catastrophic injury claims, and complex litigation involving significant damages. She manages cases from intake through resolution, handling pre-litigation strategy, motion drafting, written discovery, depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Known for her thorough preparation and strategic advocacy, Ms. Frank leverages case law, detailed factual investigation, expert testimony, and discovery to build compelling claims and pursue maximum compensation for her clients. In 2025 alone, Ms. Frank helped secure more than $13 million in settlements for injured clients.
Ms. Frank’s background in civil litigation and personal injury matters provides a strong foundation for her current practice as an Arizona personal injury lawyer. Early in her career, she worked on professional negligence matters, including medical malpractice and insurance bad faith claims, and contributed to complex product defect litigation analysis. That experience shaped her meticulous approach to liability analysis, damages development, and negotiation with insurance companies, skills she now applies when advocating for injury victims.
Ms. Frank spent several years representing vulnerable clients in high-stakes legal proceedings in immigration removal proceedings. There, she represented children and individuals the court deemed unable to represent themselves. Ms. Frank later served as Managing Attorney, supervising and mentoring a team of legal professionals while maintaining a demanding caseload. The experience strengthened her courtroom advocacy, investigative skills, and client-focused approach, qualities that remain central to her work representing victims of car accidents, slip and falls, and beyond.
Ms. Frank earned her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she was admitted to the Order of Barristers in recognition of excellence in advocacy. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa. Ms. Frank speaks Spanish, allowing her to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients seeking help after an accident or serious injury.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Frank serves on the board of and sings with the Phoenix Women’s Chorus. She enjoys spending time with her partner, Jake, and their pets.
