Stephanie F. Long

After over 20 years of practicing tax and business law and running her own law firm in the Denver-Metro area, Ms. Long made a career switch and co-founded LHP Law Group. Ms. Long is LHP Law Group’s Managing Partner and Co-Founder, where she oversees all of the staff and operations of the firm. Ms. Long is passionate about helping personal injury victims receive the justice they deserve across Arizona, and helping them find competent representation outside of Arizona. Ms. Long is a published author (JK Lasser’s The Real Estate Investor’s Tax Edge) and former frequent seminar speaker and instructor. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado and Georgia.

When not practicing law, Ms. Long can be found frequenting the local music scene and finding new restaurants to try. She is married (to her husband Dave) and is a dog mom to her two Border Terriers, Charlie and Ellie.

Kristopher K. Rezagholi, Esq.

Attorney Kristopher Rezagholi, Esq has been helping Arizonans with their legal matters since 2007 and takes great pride in providing the highest quality legal representation for his clients.

Mr. Rezagholi is a graduate of Arizona State University where he earned a degree in Political Science, Economics and Philosophy. While at Arizona State University Mr. Rezagholi was an honors student and active in many extracurricular activities.

Mr. Rezagholi then continued at Arizona State University where he earned his Law degree. Once again, Mr. Rezagholi received high academic honors and was the recipient of the Pedrick Scholar award. While in law school Mr. Rezagholi clerked at the law firm of Franklin & Associates, and The Honorable Thomas O’Toole.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Rezagholi embarked on a brief career at the commercial litigation law firm Hudspeth & Associates. At this top civil law firm, Mr. Rezagholi worked on cases in areas of complex commercial litigation, products liability, and intellectual property law.

It is important to note that Mr. Rezagholi’s solid foundation of analytical skills enables him to analyze and evaluate the many scientific details of personal injury cases. Mr. Rezagholi has vast experience in accident reconstruction and is able to communicate on the same level as the trial experts. It is this unique insight that has helped a great many of Mr. Rezagholi’s clients in cases of personal injury.

Most importantly, Mr. Rezagholi has a wealth of oral advocacy experience in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Rezagholi has dealt with Attorneys, Judges, and prosecutors across the state of Arizona behind closed doors and in open Court. Mr. Rezagholi has the highest level of experience necessary to effectively and persuasively advocate for you at every level of your case. Mark Rubin

Mr. Rubin joined LHP Law Group as their Compliance Attorney. Mr. Rubin has been active in the field of professional responsibility and discipline for 35 years. He is a former member/chair of the Disciplinary Commission of the Arizona Supreme Court, served on the Ethical Rules Review Group (the body that rewrote the Rules of Professional Conduct for Arizona between 2001-2003), and served on the State Bar of Arizona Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and its Client Protection Fund Board of Trustees. He has lectured many times on ethics and professionalism matters. From 2013-2016 he was a member of the Fiduciary Board, a regulatory body of the Arizona Supreme Court that supervises Arizona’s Licensed Fiduciary program and disciplines Licensed Fiduciaries.

In addition to serving as LHP Law Group’s Compliance Attorney, Mr. Rubin also practices law with with Rubin & Bernstein PLLC and is General Counsel for Pima Medical Institute. Leigh Bernstein (Lic. No. 20544) and Mark Rubin (Lic. No. 20546) are also Licensed Fiduciaries and own and operate Southern Arizona Fiduciary Services LLC (Lic. No. 20850). In addition to professional responsibility law, He focuses his practice on real estate, business, and probate/estate planning/fiduciary matters, and a substantial amount of fiduciary work. His work with Pima Medical Institute includes real estate and business law, as well as education law.

Mr. Rubin has represented dozens of lawyers in discipline matters. He has also pursued and defended against legal malpractice claims on many occasions and has served as both a consulting and testifying expert witness for plaintiffs and defendants, and for the State Bar. He also provides advice to lawyers and law firms on issues of ethics and professionalism. Mr. Rubin has served on and chaired several philanthropic and charitable entity boards, including the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education and the Tucson Jewish Community Center. He is a founder of Social Venture Partners Tucson. Currently and for the past five years, He serves as the chair of the Board of Trustees for the Tucson Supplemental Retirement System Board of Trustees.
